Why I built PayOnJobs.

I am Brandon Rodriguez. I live in Massachusetts. PayOnJobs is built for owners of local trade businesses: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, tree, concrete, pool, pest. Real shops with real trucks.

The usual way these owners buy marketing is a monthly retainer. The agency gets paid on the first of the month whether the phone rings or not, and when results do not come, it is easy to blame the owner's budget, close rate, or answer rate instead of the work.

I think a more honest deal is simple: no retainer, no setup fee, and a cut of the revenue only from jobs we actually booked. The owner pays when he makes money. We earn more only by booking more.

So I built PayOnJobs around that deal: real Stripe Connect (the payment system that splits each customer payment automatically), real AI on the phone so calls do not go to voicemail at 2am, real invoicing, real reporting. That is the alternative to the retainer pitch.

The deal: $0 upfront, no monthly fee, 17% of revenue from jobs we book through your dedicated line. You fund your own ads, $1,500 a month minimum, paid directly to Google. 12-month term, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. Stripe auto-splits the money at the moment of payment so neither of us has to chase the other. If we send you zero jobs in a month, you owe us nothing that month.

I take one partner per trade per 25-mile radius, so the partner I sign in your zip is your closest competitor's loss, not yours. I read every application personally and call back within 24 hours.
